You acknowledge and understand that you are supposed to do your own analysis and research before entering a trade using any of company's provided information or analysis and that you are solely responsible for any profits/losses you incur while using any of company's services.

If any customer uses the services provided by the company for any commercial purpose, such person shall be liable to pay the company all the gains/ profits made by such person while commercially using the services provided by the company whether accrued directly or indirectly.
The Website OptionLab.in, its general structure, it's live feeds, pre-coded trading strategies, their back test result and forward test result features, as well as text, animated or non-animated images, know-how, drawings, graphics, as well as the look and feel of the site and the features of algorithmic accuracy, for everyone are and shall remain the exclusive property of OptionLab.in. You are only entitled to view information for your private use only. You may not reproduce, by any means, or process, in whole or in part, distribute, publish, transmit, create derivative works based on, modify or sell any such materials contained on the site. Any total or partial representation of this site by any process without the express authorization of the operator of the Website is prohibited and legal action will be enforced against such person.

Active items may not be true to current availability and items you order may not be in stock. This agreement calls for the reference of any dispute in relation to any service provided by the company to be settled by arbitration under the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitrator shall be appointed by the company and the place of arbitration shall be New Delhi.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under this Terms shall not effect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall be the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Service. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.
1.1 The User acknowledges and agrees that the Company's services are subject to various regulatory requirements, circulars, guidelines, and directives issued by regulatory authorities, including but not limited to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and relevant stock exchanges ("Regulatory Bodies").
1.2 The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to: a) Modify, suspend, or terminate any part of its services; b) Add, remove, or alter any data, indexes, or content on the platform; c) Implement any changes necessary to comply with regulatory requirements or directives.
By using the Company's services, the User expressly acknowledges and accepts that: a) Regulatory requirements may change without notice; b) Such changes may impact the availability, content, or nature of the services provided; c) The Company bears no liability for any inconvenience, loss, or damage resulting from compliance with regulatory requirements.
3.1 The Company's total liability, if any, for any claims arising from or related to regulatory compliance changes shall be limited to the amount paid by the User for the specific service affected, if any, during the month in which the change occurred.
3.2 Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from regulatory compliance-related service modifications.
Since there are lots of technical, mathematical & logical calculations involved while back testing any strategy, there can be data and/or logical issues and/or bugs in the system. Users can report us those issues through mail which we will try to address soon. But The company, its directors, employees, agents or any other person acting on behalf of the company will be not be responsible for any kind of loss/ damage which you may bear directly or indirectly while trading any strategy, nor we will be liable for any kind of refund, partial or full.
The company's Strategies/content cannot be directly/indirectly promoted/ referred/ endorsed publicly without prior consent of the company.
The company has every right to change existing Top Up plans and validity without any prior notice to you.
The company provides support to all its users through email only. In case of any query, users can write to the company at "info@optionlab.in". The company shall endeavour to resolve the queries within 7 working days.
The company may update or amend the terms and conditions from time to time by posting such updates and/or amendment on its website and/or sending such updates and/or amendment to you on your devices. Your use of the services provided by the company after we post such updates and/or amendment will constitute your agreement to those updates and/or amendments.
